I have been constantly sneezing since I woke up. And my throat feels so itchy, which makes me cough a lot. I thought of seeing a doctor today, but I remembered that I had an important meeting to attend to. But, my manager juz informed me that he can't make it...and so the meeting is cancelled.

Must be the food I ate. I ate at McDonald's for lunch yesterday, and Grilled Chicken with Black Pepper Sauce at Eatz 19 for my dinner. All those heaty food! By the time I reached home (close to 11pm), I was dead tired.

On Monday, I met Jessie after work. Jessie is my ex-colleague and a great fren. My collegues used to call us blood sisters, cos we would do lots of things together, even going to the Ladies. Can't separate us. We would help each other in our work, since we used to be in the Marketing Dept together. She was handling Above-the-Line Advertisements, and for me Below-the-Line Ads.

She slim down quite a lot...due to her current, stressful job. So, she's job-hunting now. Her current job gives good pay..but of course, comes with a price...her time and energy. Maybe I'll be meeting her again next week.

A dear friend of mine recently told me, live life with no regrets. Kinda cliche..but there's so much truth in it. If one continues to regret whatever decisions he/she had made, actions taken..he/she will never move forward cos they keep looking back to the past which can never repeat itself. There's always a blessing in disguise and every ending has its new beginning. And if yest didnt end up the way u planned, He created Today for u to start a new one.
