Update...update! What's there to update? Hmm...nothing interesting. My life's a bore huh? Heehee! Okie...here goes.

Wed, 25th Feb

My dearest ex-colleague and friend Jessie is FREE!!! So envious of her. She'll be working for her mum...who runs a biz (for hair loss treatment). Some people are juz born lucky. No leave application form to fill in, can take MC easily....

Jessie and I met at Orchard MRT station at 6.30pm. So excited to see her! We had dinner at Breeks. I ordered Fish & Chips, and she had Unagi with rice. (Unagi is eel in Jap). (Tried smoked unagi before but yucks!) After dinner, she was understanding enough to wait for me to do my prayers.

Then, we headed for Coffee Club Express at Wisma. If I'm not wrong, it used to be Coffee Bean. But I must say the decor is unique. Rite in the centre of the cafe, they have this cosy-looking spot. Errr...dunno hw to describe it. Anyway, Jessie and I chit-chat till abt 9.15pm. It certainly wasnt enuff compared to those times that we spent working together.
We chit-chat while working, during lunch, during "toilet session". heehee...It's great to have found a fren in my ex-colleague.

She told me about her wedding preparation and her new house. She's gonna wear a white, victorian-style bare back gown for her wedding. The important date is on 31st Oct, I think. Her new house is ready but she's gonna move her things next week. To quote her "ever-superstitious mum, said it's an auspiciuous day."

Everything seems to be going smoothly for her. She'll be going to Japan after her wedding...nope,not for a honeymoon but for her all-paid trip for a training in hair loss treatment. It's gonna be a 6-week course and exams! Wow!!! Isnt she lucky?!!! (how many times have I mention the word lucky?)

Anyway, I had to rush off to meet another fren of mine so I had to leave earlier. For a gal-talk session, 1hr aint enuff! Heehee...so probably meeting her again.

Gotta go back to my work..will update again later!
