Just like our annual iftar, the annual "jalan raya" is a must for the gang. We've been friends for 11years now...Alhamdulillah. To quote shsuya, "we are old!"

The plan, will always be just a plan - subjected to change due to unforeseen circumstances (that's life). And the actual expected time to arrive will always differ from the planned expected time to arrive for each of us :p

1st stop - Lisa's place

We planned to meet at Lisa's place @ 12 noon. Man & Hafiz sms-ed that they would be late. As I was still kinda tired from my exam, and I needed to prepare lunch, we pushed it to 1pm. I know that most will do their Zohor @ home. What the heck...I did. I took my own sweet time to prepare lunch and clear the laundry.

I had no reason to be late (rumah dekat) so I was the first person to reach Lisa's place. When I reached there, I watched a Hindi show (cite hantu..title? cant remember how to spell it) they were showing on Central. Followed by the bakal pengantin (shsuya & partner). At 2.30pm, we left Lisa's place. The guys informed them they had to give Lisa's place a miss.

2nd stop - my place

Left Lisa's place @ 2.30pm. Initially wanted to wait for Man & Hafiz for lunch but couldn't tolerate any longer. The guys came about an hr later. Lunch was Roti Naan & Keema, cooked by yours truly. Wanna know if it's good? Just observe how many times Hafiz scoop up the Keema =)

Hafiz & Luqman were dressed in purple - sepasang kurung purple! What a coincidence - to match Luqman's purple scooter.

3rd stop - Hafiz's place

We were busy looking thru our old photos. Gawd! We all looked so much different. Had a great laugh looking at them..photos do speak a million words.

4th stop - Luqman's place

Luqman's mum w/o fail cooked "tulang" for shsuya's partner. Favourite! But after all these years, we ladies learn our lessons, stay away from him when he starts to force the "som som" (is this how u spell it?) out of the tulang! Otherwise, our tudung will be filled with red spots. :p

Last stop - shsuya's place

Mahanom joined us at shsuya's place. The menu - Mee Hong Kong & Fried Chicken. Spent the rest of the time watching vcd - the pontianak story with Maya Karin (bad at remembering movie titles huh?)

Luqman left earlier than the rest of us cos he had to report back to camp. Had the routine sesi maaf-maafan amongst us. Even though, we had fewer houses to go this year, we still ended the night late. Typical of us!

Realise something was not done this year. No karaoke! Hehe...
