QUICK UPDATE!

It's been nearly a month that I've not seen Wenda, ever since her boyfriend got back from Australia. I tend to spend more time with Lena, from short getaways to shopping trip in town. But finally! The threesome met up for movie. Watched Kung Fu Hustle which was really hilarious! That's my3rd movie in 2 weeks (to make up for all those movies I missed the previous months). From Orchard Cineleisure we walked to PS for a cuppa tea. And we chatted till 11pm. We used to this every single week, but our busy schedule kept us away from doing so. Time spent together now is precious to the three of us.

Finally!
Wenda has been with Francis since March (if I'm not mistaken) but I have not met him in person cos he's studying in Australia. And the last time he came over to Spore, I missed the chance. But this time, we finally settled on a date to meet - last Sunday, 2nd Jan 05. Nice, simple guy who only talks when necessary...or probably cos he's not used to Lena and I yet!

Cafe Venezia was the place to meet. Heavy downpour made our journey to Orchard longer than usual, to be precised...1 1/2hrs longer! Not sure what happen to their service level. They took ages to serve our order and also when it was just a matter of issuing receipt.

After a quick lunch, we went over to Olio Dome for coffee. I still prefer Starbucks though. It was then shopping time at ZARA for Lena and myself. But nay, it wasn't a shop-till-we-drop shopping.

We were certainly glad to meet on that faithful Sunday, despite the lazy, gloomy afternoon (great for sleeping!). It's just been a long long time :)
