We missed our grandma a lot on the first day. Especially since we would often go to her house first. But Alhamdullillah, that feeling was comforted when we were surrounded with dozens of nieces, nephews and young cousins. They certainly make my day :)
This year's Eid was a bit rush for us. And we didn't even had the time to take a family photo. But
dad's angels found the time to take a snapshot! All blue and lacy huh?
Not sure what's so wrong or right with me. But I ate at every single house (ok almost) that served us food (though it's not one full plate) I think I've regained the weight I've lost during Ramadhan!
And one thing I don't really enjoy during visiting were questions from relatives like "when are you getting married?", "it's about time...you are already 25" and "don't be too choosy!" Amidst that chaos, my cousin's husband said "Don't rush...relax." Finally someone on my side!
But hey, overall I love Hari Raya visiting! Which other time would you meet your relatives (other than weddings)?
