Though tired from work last night, I braced through the crowd at Vivo City to have a taste of Ice Cream Fondue @
Earle by Swensens. It's a more upscale restaurant operated by Swensens, with a better menu and of course, pricier! But I just got to pamper myself!
Alhamdulillah, there wasn't a long queue like I experienced in Swensens @ Changi Airport. The
Seafood Pasta had 2 crayfish, 2 small pieces of fried fish, a couple of prawns
(tiny!) and 2 mussels. The only things which are big, the mussels' shell. Just because it's meant for 2, doesn't mean there should only be 2 of everything rite? Haha...probably cos I was famished last night. So I still am crazy over the Seafood Marinara at Breeks (everything is huge!)
The best of all
(other than my date), was the
Ice Cream Fondue. I literally
soaked my brownie into the choc..HEAVENLY!!! Cherries, bananas, strawberries with choc...simply great too! Glad they served it with chopped almonds.
The next time I'm there, I'll order an individual main course. Why? Cos for every main course, you can help yourself to the wide choice of food @ the salad bar, which not only have salad, but pasta, biscuits, all kinds of sauces, and many more!
