Really pissed with Go Holiday/Air Asia. Messed up my short stay in KL.
We've been calling them and emailing them since Sat in KL, aint no follow up still.
And this morning, I sent them a long email with bold, underlined words and some bulleted points. Still no reply from them - both Air Asia and Go Holiday. I even gave my mobile no.
They better give me a damn good compensation.
I'm one angry woman now. Really really pissed!!!
